BOCOM International Subsidiary Acquires IBRD and NatWest Group Notes

BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Preferred Investment, acquired notes issued by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and NatWest Group in the over-the-counter market on August 19, 2026.

Preferred Investment purchased IBRD notes with a principal amount of US$20 million at a purchase price of 100.00, for a total consideration of US$20 million. On the same day, the subsidiary also acquired NatWest Group notes with a principal amount of US$10 million at a purchase price of 100.072, for a total consideration of US$10.072 million.

Both the IBRD note acquisition and the NatWest Group note acquisition are intended to provide the group with long-term investment opportunities, enabling it to utilize its capital resources to achieve stable investment returns while assuming reasonable risk.
