Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (DCWT) has issued a notice convening its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2026. The meeting will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 31 July 2026, at the company’s premises in Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 7, Kunming Dianchi Tourist Resort, Yunnan Province, PRC.

The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval to prolong the maturity of a RMB180.00 million entrusted loan to Kunming Urban Investment. Originally granted on 9 June 2022 and already extended through agreements dated 9 June 2023 and 29 April 2024, the latest Entrusted Loan Extension Agreement (III), signed on 8 June 2026, proposes a new maturity date of 7 June 2029. Panlong District Rural Credit Cooperative remains the lending agent under the existing arrangement.

All shareholder votes at the EGM will be conducted by poll, with results to be published on the company’s website (www.kmdcwt.com) and the HKExnews platform. Shareholders recorded as of the close of business on 10 July 2026 will be eligible to attend and vote, following the closure of the H-share and domestic share registers from 11 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both days inclusive).

Proxy appointments must reach the company’s PRC headquarters or its Hong Kong H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, no later than 2:00 p.m. on 30 July 2026. Attending shareholders or proxies will need to present valid identification, and they will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.
