Alpha Professional Holdings Limited (Alpha Pro) reported no movements in its share capital for July 2026, according to the Monthly Return submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 03 August 2026.
The company’s authorised share capital remained at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001 each, equivalent to USD 100.00 million. Issued shares stood unchanged at 412.28 million, and Alpha Pro continued to hold no treasury shares.
