Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“TAIMEI TECH”) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 June 2026 that it repurchased 418,800 H-shares on the same day. The on-market buy-backs were executed within a price range of HKD 5.82 to HKD 6.37 per share, at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 6.2097, for a total consideration of HKD 2.60 million. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.21 % to 199.28 million shares, while treasury stock rose to 1.31 million shares. The total number of issued shares remained at 200.59 million.
The latest buy-back forms part of a mandate approved on 23 June 2026, which authorises TAIMEI TECH to repurchase up to 20.02 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 887,800 shares, equivalent to 0.44 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 July 2026. TAIMEI TECH confirmed all repurchases complied with both the Main Board Listing Rules and the terms outlined in its explanatory statement dated 1 June 2026.
