MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced on May, 21 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has issued 30 million Singapore dollars of 5.00 per cent fixed-rate notes due 2028 under its 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme.

The new issuance, designated as Series 001 Tranche 003, will be consolidated with the 70 million Singapore dollars Tranche 001 notes issued on Oct, 30 2025 and the 30 million Singapore dollars Tranche 002 notes issued on Nov, 10 2025, creating a single 130 million Singapore dollars series.

DBS Bank Ltd. served as sole global coordinator, lead manager and bookrunner for the transaction. The notes are expected to commence trading on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on May, 22 2026, following in-principle approval from the bourse.

The documentation includes a change-of-control clause that allows investors to require early redemption at par plus accrued interest if the Lim family ceases to hold a majority stake in the issuer, a provision that could involve up to 130 million Singapore dollars of notes.
