SHIMAO GROUP (HKEX: 00813) has announced its contracted sales performance for the period up to May 31, 2026.
The group's cumulative total contracted sales value for the first five months of the year amounted to approximately RMB 6.951 billion.
The total contracted sales area for the same period reached 566,543 square meters.
This resulted in an average selling price of RMB 12,269 per square meter.
For the single month of May 2026, the group achieved contracted sales of about RMB 1.220 billion.
The contracted sales area for May was 96,846 square meters.
The average selling price for May 2026 was RMB 12,597 per square meter.
