Zenner Metering Technology (Shanghai) Ltd. to Acquire 66% Stake in Industrial Robot Firm Wuhu Moka for RMB 198 Million

The company announced a share acquisition agreement with relevant parties concerning Wuhu Moka Robot Technology Co., Ltd., under which it will use RMB 198 million of its own funds to purchase a 66% stake in the industrial robot manufacturer.

Currently, Zenner Metering Technology (Shanghai) Ltd. has secured 56.8347% of Wuhu Moka's equity. The remaining 9.1653% stake, held by the counterparty Guoyuan Fund, must be transferred through a public listing process on a property rights exchange, which introduces uncertainty regarding its completion.

Wuhu Moka focuses on the research, development, and production of industrial robots, primarily used in industrial automation line upgrades, welding, and other applications. It does not involve humanoid robot operations. In future operations, Wuhu Moka may face multiple uncertainties, including macroeconomic fluctuations, reduced industry policy support, weak downstream market demand, intensifying industry competition, lagging core technology iteration, and rising supply chain costs.
