Global Resource Construction secures 35 million Singapore dollars precast contract

Global Resource Construction Ltd. announced on Jun, 18 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CES-Precast Pte. Ltd., has been awarded a contract worth approximately 35 million Singapore dollars by Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd.

The contract covers the supply and delivery of precast concrete components for a building project at Berlayar Street, Singapore. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in Dec, 2026, with the supply period expected to span about 24 months.

The company said the deal is not expected to have a material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

The board added that none of its directors or substantial shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the contract beyond their existing holdings in the company.
