Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (ESTA) saw its shares plummet 10.62% in Tuesday's pre-market trading session following the release of its fourth-quarter 2025 financial results and the announcement of a leadership transition.

The medical technology company reported a mixed quarter, with revenue of $64.6 million, exceeding analyst estimates of $63.8 million and representing a 45.2% year-over-year increase. The company's net loss per share narrowed to $0.09, better than the FactSet consensus estimate for a loss of $0.22. However, the company's income from operations was a loss of $3.93 million, which was significantly wider than the Ibes estimate of a $1.72 million loss.

Concurrently, Establishment Labs announced a leadership transition, with current CFO Raj Denhoy moving to Senior Vice President, Global Strategy. Cassandra "Sandra" Harris, formerly CFO of Genesco Inc., will succeed him as Senior Vice President and CFO effective March 9, 2026. The company also provided 2026 revenue guidance in the range of $264 million to $266 million and projected at least 25% revenue growth for 2027.
