The transaction was executed at a price of approximately HK$112.9446 per share, with a total consideration of around HK$4.4274 million. Following this acquisition, Morgan Stanley's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 4.1195 million shares. This represents a stake of about 7.03% of the company's issued share capital.
