CIG Announces New H-Share Placement Under General Mandate

CIG (603083.SH) disclosed plans to issue new overseas-listed shares (H-shares) under the general mandate granted by its 2025 annual general meeting. The company has entered into a placement agreement appointing joint placement agents, who have agreed to act as such and will use their best efforts to secure subscriptions from no fewer than six placees. The placement involves 15.6 million new shares at a price of HKD 126.66 per share, to be issued pursuant to the general offering mandate.
