Union Gas Holdings announces subsidiary rebranding and two new property development units

Union Gas Holdings Limited reported several corporate actions for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, in a filing to the Singapore Exchange on Aug, 13 2026.

The group said its wholly-owned unit KK Gas Services Pte. Ltd. was renamed CStore Services Pte. Ltd. on Mar, 6 2026, with its principal business now listed as operating mini-marts, convenience stores and provision shops.

On May, 26 2026 Union Gas also incorporated two new wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore—UE Development Pte. Ltd. and UG Property Development Pte. Ltd.—each with an issued and paid-up share capital of 1,000 Singapore dollars and both focused on real-estate development.

The company added that none of its directors or substantial shareholders holds any interest in the new entities beyond their existing stakes in Union Gas itself, and it does not expect the moves to have a material impact on earnings per share or net tangible assets for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
