Envictus International Holdings Limited said on Aug, 07 2026 that Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Mr. Teo Chee Seng has resigned from the board and the Remuneration Committee, effective immediately.

The company added that Mr. Chew Sun Teong has joined the Remuneration Committee on the same date.

Following these changes, independent directors now account for 60 % of the board, up from 50 %, meeting the requirement for a majority of independent directors.

The revised board consists of Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Jaya J B Tan, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Mr. Chew Sun Teong, Independent Directors Mr. Yap Wai Ming, Ms. Teo Siew Geok and Mr. Ng Siew Hoong, along with two alternate directors.
