Bright Future Technology Reports Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance for May 2026

Bright Future Technology Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, amounting to HKD 200.00 million in total. Issued share capital likewise stayed unchanged at 600.00 million ordinary shares, and the firm continues to hold zero treasury shares.

Bright Future Technology affirmed that its public float exceeded the Main Board’s 25 % minimum threshold as at month-end, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.

Regarding equity incentives, the Share Option Scheme—approved on 16 October 2020—recorded no options outstanding, granted, or exercised in May. The scheme still allows for up to 50.00 million shares to be issued in the future.

No warrants, convertible instruments, or other share-issuing arrangements were reported for the month, and the company registered no movements in treasury shares.

The filing was submitted on 4 June 2026 by Company Secretary Ng Tsz Yan. Bright Future Technology’s consistent capital structure and adherence to listing rules underscore its stable equity position as of the end of May 2026.
