CH DISPLAY OPT Sees Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public-Float Compliance in June 2026 Monthly Return

China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited (CH DISPLAY OPT) reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million. Issued share capital also stayed flat at 2.11 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares during the period.

The issuer confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at the end of June.

No activity was recorded under share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts in issue.

The monthly return was submitted on 2 July 2026 by Director Liao Qian.
