NetLink NBN Trust announces board and committee changes

NetLink NBN Trust said that Independent Non-Executive Director Koh Kah Sek will retire from the board at the close of the annual general meeting on Jul, 24 2026. Concurrently, her role as chairman of the Audit Committee will end.

Independent Non-Executive Director Chng Lay Chew has been appointed the new chairman of the Audit Committee, which will also comprise Wong Swee Ping, Shirley and Nagaraj Sivaram as members.

Following the changes, the board will consist of ten directors, including Independent Non-Executive Chairman Chaly Mah Chee Kheong and Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Tong Yew Heng. The compositions of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and the Risk and Sustainability Committee remain unchanged.

The announcement was released by NetLink NBN Management Pte. Ltd., the trustee-manager of NetLink NBN Trust, on Jul, 24 2026.
