Road King Infra Confirms RSA Accession Milestone; Scheme Hearings Set for October and December 2026

Road King Infrastructure Limited announced that the Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA) Accession Milestone Date occurred on 21 August 2026, marking a key step in its ongoing debt restructuring process.

The High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has scheduled: • Convening hearing for the proposed Hong Kong schemes of arrangement on 23 October 2026 • Sanction hearing on 10 December 2026

All remaining holders of the company’s existing debt who have not yet acceded to the RSA may do so via the designated transaction website by 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on 26 August 2026 to qualify for the Early-Bird RSA Fee, as outlined in the 19 August 2026 announcement.

Road King Infrastructure stated that preparations for the originating summons are progressing in line with the RSA timeline. Additional disclosures will be made in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance and other applicable regulations.

The company reiterated that shareholders and investors should exercise caution when dealing in its securities and consider related risks, as expressed intentions in the restructuring process may not ultimately materialise.
