LX Technology Group repurchases 0.06% of outstanding shares, treasury stock rises to 0.26% of share capital

Hong Kong, 30 April 2026 – LX Technology Group Limited disclosed that it bought back 199,800 ordinary shares on 30 April 2026 via on-market transactions, paying a total of HKD 3.05 million. The repurchase price ranged from HKD 15.22 to HKD 15.31 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 15.25.

Following the transaction, LX Technology’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 352.34 million, down 0.06% from 352.54 million a day earlier. Treasury share holdings increased to 918,900 shares, equivalent to 0.26% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 6 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 35.33 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 918,900 shares. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, LX Technology is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 May 2026.
