Mapletree Industrial Trust (ME8U) issued 824,584 new units to its manager, Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., on Aug, 03 2026 at Singapore dollars 1.9397 per unit to satisfy the base management fee for the quarter ended Jun, 30 2026.

The fee relates to 50 % of the base fee for 29 data centres in the United States acquired on Jul, 22 2021, and 100 % of the base fee for a data centre in Osaka, Japan, acquired on Sep, 28 2023.

Following the allotment, the manager’s holding in the trust has increased to 35.29 million units, while the total number of units in issue stands at approximately 2.86 billion.
