OrbusNeich Keeps Share Base Steady at 827.97 Million in July; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Hong Kong-listed cardiovascular device maker OrbusNeich Medical Group Holdings Limited reported no change in its share capital structure for July 2026, according to its Monthly Return filed on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0005 each, equivalent to USD 0.60 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) were unchanged at 827.97 million, and the group continued to hold no treasury shares.

OrbusNeich confirmed that its public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold as at 31 July 2026.

Share-based incentives saw minor adjustments: • Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme – 7.43 million options outstanding, unchanged during the month. • Post-IPO Share Option Scheme – outstanding options fell by 140,000 to 4.16 million after lapses; no options were exercised, leaving cash proceeds at HKD 0. Potential shares issuable under granted options total 3.12 million, while the remaining scheme mandate permits up to 76.60 million additional options.

No warrants, convertible securities, share repurchases, redemptions, or other equity arrangements were recorded in the period.
