Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited reported that shareholders approved every item on the agenda at the annual general meeting held on Apr, 29 2026 in Singapore.
All ordinary resolutions were carried by poll, including the adoption of the financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025; the payment of 215,000 Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for the current financial year; the re-election of chairman Tan Teck Koon; and the re-appointment of RSM SG Assurance LLP as external auditor.
Shareholders also backed the appointment of Hareesh V Nair as a non-executive director and renewed mandates allowing the board to issue shares, conduct share buybacks of up to 10 % of issued capital, and grant options and performance shares under the 2018 employee schemes.
Separate resolutions authorising performance share awards of 14.1666 million shares to group chief executive Ng Chin Siau and 4 million shares each to executive directors Foo Siew Jiuan and Ng Sook Hwa were likewise passed.
The meeting concluded at 4:15 p.m. with management reiterating its strategy to fund long-term growth through mergers and acquisitions across Asia.
