Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) saw its shares rebound nearly 4% in early trading, rising 3.88% to HK$10.99 as of press time, with a trading volume of HK$77.01 million.

According to official navigation alerts, a new launch window for the LandSpace Zhuque-3 Y2 carrier rocket has been confirmed, set for August 19 from 7:27 to 8:04 AM Beijing time at the Jiuquan Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Zone. Previously, the Zhuque-3 Y1 rocket completed the first phase of its flight test in October 2025, and in June 2026, the reusable Zhuque-3 Y2 rocket underwent a static ignition test.

On the industry front, wind turbine procurement rebounded significantly in July. Domestic wind turbine tenders reached 21.39 GW, up 186.84% year-on-year and 332.69% month-on-month, marking a substantial recovery in both annual and monthly comparisons. Huatai Securities believes that Goldwind's wind turbine profitability repair and its leading progress in hydrogen-ammonia-alcohol industrialization are key catalysts. Given its stake in LandSpace, the company is poised to benefit from commercial aerospace developments. Analysts expect wind turbine pricing and volume recovery to support an upward industry beta, with Goldwind's overseas first-mover advantage enabling it to lead in profitability recovery, showcasing significant alpha.
