Consun Pharma buys back 192,000 shares; treasury stock rises to 344,000

Consun Pharmaceutical Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 192,000 ordinary shares on 22 May 2026 through on-market transactions.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 14.36 to HKD 14.49, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 14.44 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 2.77 million.

Following the buyback: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 841.40 million to 841.20 million. • Treasury shares increased from 152,000 to 344,000. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 841.55 million. The 192,000 shares repurchased represent 0.0228% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

The purchase was executed under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2025, which permits the repurchase of up to 85.13 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 14.02 million shares, equal to 16.47% of the issued shares outstanding at the time the mandate was granted. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 21 June 2026.
