3D Medicines Inc. disclosed a forthcoming change to its board of directors, confirming that Non-Executive Director Zhu Jinqiao will retire on 7 August 2026 to focus on other professional commitments. Zhu leaves with no disagreements with the board, and the company expressed appreciation for his contributions during his tenure.
Upon Zhu’s retirement, the board has appointed Zhang Wenhua, 39, as a Non-Executive Director effective the same date. Zhang brings more than 15 years of experience across finance, investment, and fund management. She is currently Managing Director at Efung Investment Management Limited Partnership Enterprise (L.P.), a position she has held since July 2026. Her previous roles include Director of Operations at CIMC Assets Capital Management, Director of Risk Control at Mangrove Capital Management under the CIMC Group (September 2017 – June 2026), Senior Manager in the Corporate Client Department of BOC International Securities (July 2015 – August 2017), and Audit Specialist at Shenzhen Hongxin Certified Public Accountants Firm (July 2009 – April 2013).
Zhang holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Hull (2014) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Shenzhen University (2009). She has entered into a one-year letter of appointment with 3D Medicines commencing 7 August 2026. The position carries no director’s fee or group remuneration at present; compensation will be reviewed periodically in line with duties, company performance, and market conditions.
The new appointee has no shareholdings in 3D Medicines, no related-party relationships with existing directors, senior management, or major shareholders, and no directorships in other listed companies over the past three years.
Following the transition, the board composition remains: Executive Director Dr. Gong Zhaolong; Non-Executive Directors Zhu Jinqiao (until retirement), Zhou Feng, Chen Yawen, and Zhang Wenhua (effective 7 August 2026); and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Li Jin, Dr. Lin Tat Pang, and Liu Xinguang.
