During May, the company acquired 28.17 million H-shares on the open market at prices ranging from HK$2.49 to HK$3.36 per share. The transactions, approved by shareholders on 29 April 2026, cost an estimated HK$79.65 million, implying an average repurchase price of roughly HK$2.83 per share. All repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock.

• Authorised / registered share capital: 2.75 billion ordinary H-shares with par value of RMB 1.00 each, unchanged month-on-month. • Total issued shares (including treasury): 2.75 billion, unchanged. • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury): 2.60 billion, down 28.17 million (-1.07%) versus April. • Treasury shares: 151.09 million, up 28.17 million; treasury stock now represents approximately 5.50% of total issued share capital.
No new share options, warrants, convertible securities or other share issuance agreements were reported for the month. Despite the reduction in free-float shares, GUOQUAN confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.
