Adtran's stock fell 5.62% during night session trading following the release of its first quarter 2026 financial results.

For the second quarter of 2026, Adtran provided revenue guidance in the range of $283.0 million to $303.0 million, with the midpoint representing modest sequential growth from the first quarter. The market reaction suggests investors were disappointed by the GAAP loss and may have expected stronger forward guidance from the networking equipment provider.
