Tianjin Port Development Delays Dispatch of Circular on Renewal of Connected Transactions

Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited announced a postponement in sending out its shareholder circular related to the renewal of existing continuing connected transactions.

The document—originally scheduled for distribution by 8 October 2026—will now be dispatched on or before 25 November 2026. Management cited the need for additional time to finalise certain information slated for inclusion.

The forthcoming circular will outline: • Detailed terms of the 2026 Non-exempt Framework Agreements and the associated transactions. • Proposed Annual Caps for the renewed connected transactions. • Recommendations from the Independent Board Committee to independent shareholders. • Advice from an independent financial adviser. • Notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The announcement was released in line with Rule 14A.47 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and signed by Chairman Chu Bin on 8 October 2026. The board currently comprises six executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
