COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) said on May, 20 2026 that it has utilised part of the about 272.2 million Singapore dollars netted from its renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of 2.24 billion new shares.
The company has so far applied roughly 149.91 million Singapore dollars to repay bank borrowings and 36.11 million Singapore dollars to partly fund logistics infrastructure projects, including the development of JILH Phase II.
After the latest deployment of 5.86 million Singapore dollars for these projects, the remaining balance of the rights-issue proceeds stands at about 86.18 million Singapore dollars.
COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) said all spending aligns with the uses set out in its offer information statement and that it will continue to provide periodic updates on further disbursements.
