Mongolian Mining Corporation reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 10 July 2026 that it repurchased 3.00 million ordinary shares on-market the same day. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 6.72 and HKD 6.95, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 6.87 and a total consideration of HKD 20.61 million. All shares will be cancelled.

The transaction lifts the cumulative number of shares repurchased since the current mandate was approved on 21 May 2026 to 11.30 million, equivalent to 1.09% of the company’s 1.03 billion outstanding shares at mandate date. To date, Mongolian Mining has utilised 10.93% of its 103.42 million-share buyback limit, leaving about 92.12 million shares available for further repurchase.

Despite the ongoing buybacks, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.03 billion shares as of 10 July 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. A 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares is in effect until 9 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.

The board confirmed that all repurchases were executed on the Exchange, fully authorised, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
