The appointment of Liu Zeyun as the Chief Compliance Officer of CITIC FAMC (02799) has been officially authorized by the relevant regulatory body.
The company announced it recently received the official approval document from the National Financial Regulatory Administration concerning Liu Zeyun's qualification for the role.
In accordance with the relevant regulations and as disclosed in the announcement, Mr. Liu's term as the company's Chief Compliance Officer commenced on June 3, 2026, and will continue until the board of directors appoints or dismisses a new Chief Compliance Officer.
