Air China Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing stable capital structure across both Hong Kong–listed H shares and Shanghai–listed A shares.

Authorised / Registered Share Capital • H shares remained at 4.96 billion, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. • A shares stood at 15.54 billion, also at RMB 1.00 par value. • Combined authorised share capital therefore totalled RMB 20.49 billion, unchanged from the previous month.

Issued Share Capital and Treasury Shares • Issued H shares were unchanged at 4.96 billion with no treasury shares outstanding. • Issued A shares likewise held steady at 15.54 billion, again with no treasury shares. • Across both markets, the company reported zero issuances, cancellations, conversions, or share repurchases for the month.

Public Float • Management confirmed that the H-share public float met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 5% minimum threshold for PRC issuers as at 31 July 2026.

Capital Instruments • The filing recorded no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments.

The disclosure, submitted by Company Secretary Xiao Feng on 4 August 2026, indicates a month of capital stability with compliance maintained across all listing requirements.
