The National Development and Reform Commission has announced that the domestic refined oil price adjustment window will open at midnight on August 14. According to monitoring by the Price Monitoring Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, international oil prices experienced a decline followed by a rebound during this adjustment cycle, which ran from July 31 to August 14.
Starting from 24:00 on August 14, domestic retail price caps for gasoline and diesel will be lowered by 230 yuan and 220 yuan per tonne, respectively. On a national average, 92-octane gasoline, 95-octane gasoline, and 0-diesel will see reductions of 0.18 yuan, 0.19 yuan, and 0.19 yuan per liter, respectively.
For private car owners, filling a standard 50-liter tank with 92-octane gasoline will cost 9 yuan less following this confirmed price reduction.
