Shenghui Cleanness Group Holdings Limited announced that on 31 July 2026 it entered into a Cooperation Agreement with the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen to set up a Joint Innovation Centre for industrial embodied intelligence.
The Innovation Centre will concentrate on four areas: 1. Research & Development: Joint projects covering industrial embodied-intelligence platforms, large-scale AI models for the water sector, and digitalisation and automation of water-industry projects. Specific topics will be fixed through separate R&D contracts. 2. Technical Support: Provision of consultancy and technical services to advance Shenghui Cleanness’s R&D, technology commercialisation, manufacturing and sales. 3. Resource Collaboration: Joint applications for national, provincial and municipal research projects, talent development and exchange programmes, plus academic and technical industry events. 4. Commercialisation: Integration of industrial and capital resources to convert R&D成果 into marketable solutions.
Funding for the Innovation Centre will be provided by Shenghui Cleanness; the amount will be decided in a later technical cooperation agreement. The Tsinghua Research Institute will supply personnel, technical expertise and the premises.
The Board states the agreement was reached on normal commercial terms that are fair and reasonable and considers the partnership to be in the interests of the company and its shareholders. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Shenghui Cleanness shares.
