Kingsmen Creatives (5MZ) said the High Court of Malaya has postponed the hearing of a winding-up petition against its 71% indirectly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd.
The session, initially scheduled for May, 11 2026, has been rescheduled to Sep, 8 2026. The petition was filed by Yap GRC Construction Sdn. Bhd.
Kingsmen Creatives stated it will issue further updates in accordance with Singapore Exchange requirements as new information becomes available.
