Honma Golf schedules 26 June 2026 board meeting to approve FY 2025/26 results and consider final dividend

Honma Golf Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 June 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:
• Approval of the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026.
• Discussion and potential recommendation of a final dividend for shareholders.
The board is chaired by Liu Jianguo and comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors. The meeting outcome will determine the disclosure of the Group’s annual performance and any proposed dividend distribution.
