BAMA TEA: Wenbin Wang Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 51.57%

On September 28, 2026, BAMA TEA repurchased 10,000 ordinary shares on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 28.4434 per share, involving about HKD 284,434. As a controlling shareholder together with concert parties holding more than one-third of the voting rights, Wenbin Wang is deemed to have acquired an interest in those repurchased shares.

Prior to the acquisition, Wenbin Wang's long position in BAMA TEA was 43.79 million shares, representing 51.56%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 43.80 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 51.57%.

This involves related parties: Wang Wenli, Chen Yajing, Wu Xiaoning, Wang Wenchao, and Wang Xiaoping.
