BJ Sports & Ent: 12.87 Million Options Lapse in April; Issued Shares Steady at 1.41 Billion

Beijing Sports and Entertainment Industry Group Limited (BJ Sports & Ent) reported no changes to its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.005 each, representing HKD 20.00 million in total. • Issued shares were unchanged at 1.41 billion, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month.

Share Option Scheme Update • All 12.87 million options outstanding under the 3 November 2011 share-option scheme (exercise price: HKD 0.764) lapsed in April. • The lapse eliminated potential dilution equivalent to approximately 0.91 % of the company’s issued share base. • No new shares were issued, and no funds were raised through option exercises.

Other Equity Instruments • The company reported no activity involving warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements during the period.

Public Float Compliance • BJ Sports & Ent confirmed adherence to the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as at 30 April 2026.

With the lapse of all outstanding options and no additional equity issuance, the company’s share capital structure and total issued share count remain stable going into May 2026.
