HUAQIN Raises Additional HK$679.10 Million via Full Over-Allotment Option; Stabilization Period Ends

Huaqin Co., Ltd. (HUAQIN) announced that the over-allotment option connected with its recent global offering was fully exercised on 20 May 2026. The option covered 8.78 million H shares—15.0% of the original offer size—issued at HK$77.70 per share, the same price as the main offering.

The additional shares will start trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 09:00 on 26 May 2026. Net proceeds of approximately HK$679.10 million, after deducting underwriting fees and related expenses, will be allocated on a pro-rata basis to the uses outlined in the company’s prospectus.

Share capital expanded to 1.08 billion shares following the issuance, with H shares rising to 67.33 million, or 6.22% of total outstanding shares. Prior to the exercise, H shares accounted for 5.45% of the 1.07 billion total share count.

The 30-day stabilization period tied to the offering concluded on 20 May 2026. During this window, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, acting as stabilizing manager, made no market purchases or sales. Stabilization actions were limited to: 1. Over-allocating 8.78 million shares (15.0% of the offer) in the international tranche; 2. Fully exercising the over-allotment option to cover those allocations.

Following completion of these actions, HUAQIN confirmed that its public float remains in compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
