Shangri-La Asia Limited reported that its authorised share capital remained at 5.0 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of 1, as at Jul, 31 2026.
The issued share count was unchanged at 3,591,116,156 shares, and the company held no treasury shares. Shangri-La Asia confirmed that it continued to meet the minimum 25% public-float requirement.
Under its 2025 Share Scheme, 16,469,500 share options were outstanding at the end of the month, with no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred during the period.
