BRC Asia’s Q3 Net Profit Hits 27.3 million Singapore dollars as Construction Demand Holds Firm

BRC Asia Limited released its business update on Aug, 11 2026, reporting net profit attributable to shareholders of 27.3 million Singapore dollars for the third quarter ended Jun 30 2026.

Third-quarter revenue reached 428.6 million Singapore dollars, generating a gross profit of 48.8 million Singapore dollars.

For the nine-month period to Jun 30 2026, the reinforcing-steel solutions provider recorded revenue of 1.36 billion Singapore dollars and gross profit of 142.1 million Singapore dollars, while profit attributable to shareholders totalled 79.3 million Singapore dollars.

As at Jun 30 2026, BRC Asia held cash and cash equivalents of 257.5 million Singapore dollars against total loans and borrowings of 197.2 million Singapore dollars, resulting in a net cash position of 60.4 million Singapore dollars. The company’s order book stood at about 1.69 billion Singapore dollars, with project durations extending up to five years.

Management noted that Singapore’s construction sector remains buoyed by a robust pipeline of public infrastructure, housing and civil-engineering projects, despite persistent competitive pressures and macroeconomic uncertainties such as higher energy costs and geopolitical risks. The group said it remains “cautiously optimistic” about industry prospects over the next 12 months.
