Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited announced on Jun, 26 2026 that it has submitted an application to transfer its listing from the Catalist board to the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.

The healthcare group reported a consolidated profit before tax of about 8.4 million renminbi for the year ended Dec, 31 2025. Excluding non-recurring losses from its 49%-owned associate, Acumen Diagnostics, underlying profit before tax reached 2.7 million renminbi in FY2023, 7.7 million renminbi in FY2024 and 8.4 million renminbi in FY2025.

Management said a Mainboard listing could improve the company’s visibility, broaden its investor base and enhance future fundraising options.

The proposed transfer requires in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange, compliance with Mainboard listing rules and the support of shareholders via a special resolution at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting.

The company cautioned that there is no certainty the necessary approvals will be obtained.
