HRnetGroup Limited announced on May, 04 2026 that its Board of Directors and board committees have been reconstituted following the retirement of Heng Su-Ling, Mae and the appointment of Lim Lian Soon as an independent non-executive director.

The new Board now comprises Founding Chairman Sim Yong Siang; Executive Director and CEO of Recruit Express Group of Companies Sim Joo Siang; Executive Director and Chief Corporate Officer Sim Wei Ling, Adeline; Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer Kang Ah Eng; Lead Independent Non-Executive Director Pong Chen Yih; independent non-executive directors Sato Hiroshi, Albert George Hector Ellis, Esmond Choo Liong Gee and newly appointed Lim Lian Soon.

Committee assignments have also been revised. Lim Lian Soon will chair the Audit Committee, joined by members Sato Hiroshi and Esmond Choo Liong Gee. The Remuneration Committee will be led by Esmond Choo Liong Gee with Pong Chen Yih and Sato Hiroshi as members. The Nominating Committee will be chaired by Pong Chen Yih, with Sim Yong Siang and Albert George Hector Ellis serving as members.
