Hong Kong – 20 March 2026 – WG ENV TECH (01845.HK) disclosed a series of senior management changes, all effective 21 March 2026, aimed at ensuring continuity in corporate governance and compliance functions.
Mr. Gu Chunbin has resigned from four positions—executive director, company secretary, authorised representative and process agent—to pursue other personal and career commitments. The departing executive confirmed no disagreements with the board and no other matters requiring shareholder attention. The board expressed appreciation for his service.
To fill the resulting vacancies, the board appointed Ms. Pang Hui as joint company secretary, authorised representative and process agent. Ms. Pang brings over 10 years of governance and compliance experience. She is currently president, compliance officer and anti-money laundering officer of Safe Wealth Management (HK) Limited, and serves as company secretary of China Shun Ke Long Holdings Limited (00974.HK). Her qualifications—EMBA (National University of Singapore), master’s degrees in corporate governance & compliance audit (HK Metropolitan University) and international law (Wuhan University), plus membership of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute—meet Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17.
The board also resolved to propose Ms. Xu Anli as another joint company secretary, subject to a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange because she does not yet satisfy Rule 3.28 qualifications. Ms. Xu, assistant company secretary of WG ENV TECH since December 2022, has more than 10 years’ experience in investment, financing and IPO affairs. Her appointment will take effect only upon the Stock Exchange’s approval of the waiver; further announcements will be issued as required.
The company welcomed Ms. Pang and Ms. Xu to their new roles and reiterated its commitment to maintaining robust corporate governance standards.
