TMC Life Sciences Berhad reported that profit for the financial year ended Jun, 30 2026 sank to 3.6 million Singapore dollars from 17.4 million Singapore dollars a year earlier, as revenue declined to 345.5 million Singapore dollars versus 393.0 million Singapore dollars in FY25.
Profit before tax dropped to 7.1 million Singapore dollars, compared with 25.7 million Singapore dollars previously, mainly after higher operating costs and a smaller contribution from hospital services, which still generated about 92 % of group revenue.
The board declared a first and final single-tier dividend of 0.5763 sen per ordinary share for FY26, payable in the year ending Jun, 30 2027, after having paid 0.1863 sen per share for FY25 in Jan, 06 2026.
As at Jun, 30 2026, total assets stood at 1.13 billion Singapore dollars while total equity was 853.0 million Singapore dollars. Borrowings were 183.0 million Singapore dollars, with about one-third maturing within a year.
Auditor Ernst & Young PLT issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements dated Aug, 14 2026, highlighting revenue recognition in the hospital division and impairment assessment of goodwill as key audit matters.
TMC Life Sciences’ ultimate parent is Singapore-listed Thomson Medical Group Limited, while Sasteria (M) Pte. Ltd. remains the immediate holding company.
