Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS) saw its stock price soar 5.22% during intraday trading on Wednesday, continuing a recent positive trend for the company.

The rally is primarily driven by the company's recently completed acquisition of Omnisys for approximately $196.6 million. This strategic move fills a critical gap in battlefield command and control (C2) software capabilities, completing a full defense business loop that combines hardware platforms—including stratospheric balloons, aerial drones, and ground robotics—with Omnisys's software layer.

The acquisition caps a series of six major defense asset purchases, which have already propelled the company's Q1 revenue to $50.12 million, representing a tenfold year-over-year increase. Full-year revenue guidance has been set at $390 million, with investors pricing in the strategic value of the newly integrated, closed-loop defense ecosystem.
