Huabao Intl Adds 0.20 Million-Share Buyback at HK$3.01–3.04; Cumulative Repurchases Reach 4.99 Million Shares

Huabao International Holdings Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 15 July 2026, confirming further progress under its on-market share-repurchase programme.

• Latest transaction: On 15 July 2026 the group repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on the Exchange at prices ranging between HK$3.01 and HK$3.04, spending HK$0.60 million in total (average HK$3.02 per share). The entire block is earmarked for cancellation.

• Programme to date: Including the latest purchase, Huabao Intl has bought back 4.99 million shares since 22 May 2026. The aggregate volume represents 0.15% of the company’s 3.23 billion issued shares and was acquired at individual daily average prices ranging from HK$3.02 to HK$3.80.

• Remaining capacity: The annual mandate, approved on 11 May 2026, allows repurchases of up to 322.84 million shares (10% of issued capital). After the transactions to date, 317.85 million shares—more than 99% of the authorised quota—remain available.

• Capital position unchanged for now: As the 4.99 million repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled by the reporting date, Huabao Intl’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 3.23 billion shares as of 15 July 2026.

• Moratorium period: Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until 14 August 2026, being 30 days after the most recent buyback.

All repurchases were executed in accordance with the company’s board authorisation, the Main Board Listing Rules, and the explanatory statement dated 13 April 2026.
