TradeGo Maintains 750 Million Share Base in June 2026 Monthly Return, Confirms Adequate Public Float

TradeGo FinTech Limited (TradeGo) has released its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, showing no changes to its share capital structure.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 20.00 million. There were no increases or reductions during the month.

Issued share capital was stable at 706.94 million shares (excluding treasury shares), while treasury shares stood unchanged at 43.06 million, keeping the total number of issued shares at 750.00 million. TradeGo confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Under the 29 August 2018 Share Option Scheme, 10.00 million options were outstanding at month-end. No options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in June, and the potential shares issuable upon full exercise of existing options remained at 10.00 million. The scheme still allows for the grant of up to 40.00 million shares.

The filing indicates no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and no movements in treasury shares. Executive Director Liu Yong confirmed that all regulatory obligations related to the company’s securities have been fulfilled.
