SFSY ENERGY (00750) Reports 2025 Results: Turns to Profit with Approximately RMB 28.14 Million Attributable to Owners

SFSY ENERGY (00750) has announced its financial results for 2025. The company recorded revenue of approximately RMB 3.925 billion, representing a decrease of about 12.5% compared to the previous year. However, profit attributable to owners was approximately RMB 28.14 million, marking a turnaround to profitability.

The decrease in revenue was primarily attributed to several factors. Firstly, following the introduction of the new energy market-oriented electricity price reform policy ("Document 136") by the state in January 2025, provincial electricity price policies faced short-term uncertainty. This led to an overall decline in industry investment, significantly reducing the Group's new energy EPC business. Additionally, from a prudent operational perspective, the Group strategically slowed down the pace of acquiring new energy indicators and connecting projects to the grid during the reporting period. This "stability-focused" approach was adopted to navigate changes and ensure the robustness of the company's overall financial position and the certainty of investment returns.

Secondly, the operational capacity of three self-operated power plants under the Group was temporarily reduced due to extreme weather conditions during the reporting period, leading to a decrease in electricity sales revenue compared to the same period last year. Thirdly, the Group proactively shifted its glass curtain wall business strategy in Mainland China from "scale expansion" to "profit quality," focusing on selective projects.

The increase in profit was mainly due to the following reasons. The overseas business achieved high-quality development, with green building and high-end curtain wall operations contributing stable earnings. Revenue contribution from the new materials business also saw a significant increase. Furthermore, the Group realized substantial gains from asset acquisitions and mergers. Lastly, enhanced cost control measures and continued efforts to reduce financing costs contributed positively to the bottom line.
