The Real Brokerage Inc. has announced the formal addition of the New York boutique real estate team, NŌVEM Real Estate, to its platform. This move significantly expands Real's operational footprint across key markets including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and Westchester County.

Led by Ethan Leifer, NŌVEM is a boutique team of 10 agents serving a diverse clientele ranging from everyday homebuyers to luxury clients. The team was previously known as 74 West, which was founded approximately two and a half years ago, and has recently been rebranded as NŌVEM Real Estate.

Prior to establishing his own brokerage, Leifer led a successful team at Compass. His vision is to provide high-level service and support to agents at all career stages, enabling them to build and expand their personal brands while accessing resources typically reserved for top-performing teams.

"I am committed to creating a more supportive, agent-centric environment where everyone has access to the tools and guidance needed to grow," Leifer stated. "When looking to scale, having the right economic model allows us to meaningfully reinvest in our agents and our business. The technology and culture here are truly impressive. It's a complete package, and these elements are what really make it stand out."

Over his 13-year career, Leifer has completed over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Jason Cassity, Chief Growth Officer of The Real Brokerage, commented, "NŌVEM represents the kind of entrepreneurial, agent-first team that thrives on our platform. Ethan's focus on supporting agents and building a scalable, sustainable business aligns perfectly with Real's mission, and we are thrilled to welcome him and his team."

The Real Brokerage is a real estate technology platform focused on innovation and agent culture. Its recently reported first-quarter financial results showed a 32% year-over-year revenue increase to $465.6 million, with adjusted EBITDA growing 80% to $14.9 million. As of early May, the number of agents on the Real platform has surpassed 33,900. The company also recently announced a definitive agreement to acquire RE/MAX Holdings, aiming to form the Real REMAX Group.
