Edianyun published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing material progress in carbon reduction, green financing and service scale.

The remanufacturing-driven “pay-as-you-go” model trimmed greenhouse-gas emissions by 88,510 tons of CO₂-equivalent in 2025—equal to the annual absorption of 3.85 million trees—and pushed average device life from 3-5 years to 7-10 years.

Financial institutions deepened recognition of the circular business. Eight banks jointly provided a RMB 280.00 million sustainability-linked syndicated loan, up from RMB 220.00 million in the previous round and expanding participating lenders from five to eight.

Operational metrics advanced. Devices in service climbed to 1.59 million, serving more than 54,000 SME customers across 100 Chinese cities. The company estimates 268.47 million hours of IT office time were saved for clients, with customer satisfaction and complaint-resolution rates at 99% and 99.5% respectively.

Governance indicators remained robust. Independent directors made up 50% of the board, no corruption cases were recorded, and 100% of suppliers signed anti-bribery and integrity agreements. Compliance training covered 153 employees for an average three hours each.

Human-capital investment continued. Employees received 83,251 training hours—averaging 56 hours per person—and participated in 10,264 cultural-activity attendances. The group reported zero work-related fatalities for the third consecutive year and achieved 100% health-examination coverage.

The report also notes Edianyun’s invitation to showcase its carbon-reduction practices at COP30 in Belém and receipt of multiple ESG and employer-branding awards during the year.
